I’m extremely disappointed with the quality this time. Unfortunately, it is even worse than before, and the previous order itself was already not satisfactory.

I genuinely feel that the proper ingredients, quality, and preparation standards are not being followed while making the sweets. The taste and overall quality were far below what I expected.

I spent my money trusting that the quality would improve, but unfortunately, the entire amount feels wasted. This has been a very disappointing experience.
