Packages are dispatched within 2 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via reputed national and international couriers with tracking. We will provide you with a link to track your package online. Packages are delivered on working days only.

Hyderabad Deliveries:

Owing to our commitment to fresh and fast deliveries, we may not be able to guarantee cancellations or refunds for orders placed within Hyderabad.

Please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to accommodate your cancellation request, only if your order hasn't been picked up yet.

Pan-India Deliveries:

NOTE: All orders get shipped on the same day by 3:00 PM.

For Pan-India orders, you can request cancellation by contacting us on WhatsApp on +91 9000810182 or write to us at sales@dadus.co.in at least 3 hours prior to our daily order dispatch time of 3:00 PM.

We'll do our best to accommodate your cancellation request, only if your order hasn't been picked up yet.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we don't accept any returns.

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp on +91 9000810182 or write to us at sales@dadus.co.in within 24 hours of delivery.

We will work diligently to find a solution that satisfies you, which may include a full or partial refund or a replacement product.

To expedite the resolution process, please include photos of the product, packaging, and invoice with your message.
